Changes and Returns
T-SHIRTS FOREVER has procedures for realization of changes and returns.
PROCEDURES AND CONDITIONS:
CHANGE: The product replacement by another different model, colour and / or size.
DEVOLUTION: Originated because of a fault, impairment or receiving the wrong product.
No changes are allowed nor returns of products that are returned damaged, damaged, stained or in any state that reasonably indicates that the product has been used, the products will be returned to T-SHIRTS FOREVER as soon as possible.
All products that they are going to be changed or returned must be properly packaged in original or similar package.
Conditions: The process of change must be made within 30 calendar days maximum after receipt of order.
If the reason for the change is due to the error of T-Shirts Forever when sending your order (such as sending you a wrong size or colours), the change has no cost to the client
If the reason for the change is due to customer error, such as requesting smaller size or other reason, then:
If the cost of the purchase is less than the cost of the free shipping offer, the shipping costs would have to be borne by the customer. If the cost of the purchase is equal to or greater than the offer of free shipping, there is no cost to the customer.
T-Shirts Forever rewards your loyalty to our customers who have made more than one purchase, no shipping cost for you, whatever the reason for the change of the product.

In any case, the User may request by e-mail the Form Model of Changes and Returns that T-SHIRTS FOREVER makes available to them, however, its use is not mandatory, but they must inform the reason why they want to change the product. The user will send the product to our facilities, or if you wish we will pick up the product/s to the delivery address that you will indicate for the respective change.
DEVOLUTION THE PRODUCT:
Conditions: the return process should be initiated within 30 calendar days maximum after receipt of order.
It may be that the product is defective or error in shipping.
It is about all those cases in which the User considers that, at the time of delivery, the product does not comply with the provisions of the contract or purchase order, and therefore must contact T-SHIRTS FOREVER immediately and let you know the existing nonconformity, defect or error. In any case, the User may request by e-mail the Form Model of Changes and Returns that T-SHIRTS FOREVER makes available to them, however, its use is not mandatory, but they must inform the reason why they want to devolution the product. The user will then be informed on how to proceed with the devolution of the products, and these, once returned, will be examined and inform the user within a reasonable time, if applicable reimbursement or, if necessary, replacement of same.
Refund or replacement product is made as soon as possible and in any event within 14 days after the date on which we send you an email confirming that appropriate reimbursement or replacement of nonconforming article.
The amount paid for those products that are returned because of a defect, where one exists, will be refunded in full, including delivery charges and the costs they have incurred the user to make the return. Reimbursement will be made by the same payment means that the user used to pay for the purchase.
In any case, it will always be the rights recognized in current legislation at all times for the user.
